Our story
Nestled in the idyllic hamlet of Rutherford in the very heart of Napa Valley, Rancho Caymus Inn is a historic boutique unlike any other. The richly restored inn was founded, designed, and built by the Morton Salt Heiress, Mary Tilden Morton. Her creation reflects warm, old-California roots with exquisite 19th century barnwood beams, creamy textured hacienda walls, marble and wrought iron accents, and artisan decorative elements. The intimate Rancho Caymus Inn pays tribute to Morton’s passions and deep history, setting it apart from the rest of Napa Valley.
